NO Make-up
NO Jewellery (Except a wristwatch and one stud per ear which must be removed for PE activities)
NO Chewing Gum
Hairstyles should be sensible and not extreme. Any colourings should be of a natural colour. Black Shoes - NO Trainers, NO Boots


The Home - School Agreement
Our home school agreement is written with the certain knowledge that if we all play our part our pupils will achieve the highest possible standards in all they do. We hope that together we can work for this goal.

THE SCHOOL

We will strive to

  • provide a high quality education for all pupils with access to a broad and balanced curriculum
  • care for every child's safety and welfare
  • encourage pupils to have high expectations of themselves
  • contact parents if there is a problem with their child's attendance, punctualityor equipment
  • let parents know about any concerns or problems that affect their child's work or behaviour
  • set homework with clear instructions, monitorand mark where appropriate
  • involve parents in their child's learning
  • arrange parents evenings during which progress will be discussed
  • keep parents informed about school activities through regular newsletters, letters and notices


  • THE PARENT(s)/CARER(s)

    I / we will try to

  • ensure that my/our child attends school regularly, on time and properly equipped
  • contact the school promptly to explain the reason for any absence
  • make the school aware of any concerns or problems that might affect my / our child's work or behaviour
  • support the school's policies, uniform rules and codes of conduct
  • support my / our child in homework and other oportunities for home learning
  • look at my / our child's homework diary frequently and sign it once a week
  • attend parent's evenings and discussions about my/our child's progress


  • THE PUPIL

    I will try to

  • attend school regularly and on time
  • bring the correct equipment every day
  • wear the school uniform and be tidy in appearance
  • behave well and keep to the school and class 'code of conduct'
  • work hard to achieve my best
  • write notes of all homework set in my homework diary to act as a reminder and to keep my parents informed
  • do the homework set by my teachers and meet all deadlines
  • make the most of extra-curricular activities
